Shelly Rosenberg

Advisor
Shelley’s professional career brought her to the United States Olympic Equestrian Team in the late 1970’s. Sadly, she was exposed to the dark underbelly of the competitive horse world, where abusive situations (both equine and human) were commonplace. These negative experiences inspired her to become a crusader for horse welfare and to develop a new supportive way to ride. She has experienced all ends of the spectrum in horse medical care, training, rehabilitation and teaching students in the areas of dressage and western pleasure. She is the founder of My Horses my Healers where she offers retreats and workshops that include interaction with horses on the ground and in the saddle and is the founder the International Equine Summit. Shelley is one of the original seven founding members of Eponaquest Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning (EFL) and was there at the beginning of understanding the horse human connection at a more profound, emotional healing level. Molly Pearson

Horse Handler
Molly started riding when her mom was pregnant with her, and she hasn’t stopped since she came out kickin. Horses have been a constant in Molly’s life, from working on a ranch and tacking up horses in exchange for lessons to showing the A-rated hunter/jumper circuit. And most recently, she completed The Mongol Derby: a 630 mile race across Mongolia on 26 feral horses. While she jokes that her accolades are fun, impressive, and odd, she knows that none of those would have been possible without the connection she has to horses. Molly appreciates and acknowledges horses for teaching her patience, how to listen, and how to ask instead of demand.
